I am the Secretary for the New York State Society of Sleep Medicine.   My contribution to Sleep is an algorithm for the instantaneous weighting of sleep/wake in human EEG. It is called Z-ratio an example is available here. You can just click “OPEN” when it presents the download dialog box. There are only 2 representative epochs of PSG in the file. Click on the graphic to turn the page, right button click and select exit.
